The W213 is one of our Stout yeasts, excellently suited for the production of Stout, Ale, and Porter.

- complex ester profile

- slightly increased amount of higher alcohols

- weaker to normal settling behaviour

- good diacetyl reduction

- low to normal AV° (approx. 72-78%)

Recommended fermentation temperature: 21°C (21-23°C)

Traces of coffee and liquorice may appear in the young beer (Stout)
